Here at SFC we are dedicated to great customer service, which means getting you your fabric ASAP. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days and you will receive an email as soon as its shipped!


Shipping within Canada:
All standard orders are shipped via Canada post and estimated deliver is between 4-7 business days. However if you live in a remote area, you may experience longer wait times. If your order is small and is eligible, it may be shipped by lettermail.

Any orders over $100, before taxes and after discounts, your order will ship for free!

Any order under $99.99, will have a flat rate shipping of $9.95 order is more than $99.00 before taxes and after discounts, shipping and handling charges are free!

Shipping to the U.S.A. 

All orders shipped to the States will be delivered via the most economical way. Estimated delivery times can range anywhere from 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. This time may also vary, depending on any delays at Customs. Shipping to the States is a flat rate shipping of $19.95.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Please be aware that SFC does not reimburse for any lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly try and assist you in locating your items, but we do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service. 

Local Pickup:

For all our local customers in Moose Jaw, SK, we do offer free local pickup. Simply add 'Local Pickup' found in our shop to your cart and checkout. We will then email you once your order is ready.

 

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You may then return it to us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund for the fabric, you will, however, not receive a refund for the shipping charges. Once the fabric has been returned, unused and in its original condition, you will then be contacted and a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.  Please ensure adequate packaging and that the product is not damaged in transit.

If, however we have made an error with your order, we will be happy to cover the costs of shipping it back to us. Please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to correct the mistake in a timely fashion. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern and we are here to make fabric shopping a wonderful experience.
